Dear Senator or Representative:
The estimated 11 million illegal immigrants who have invaded our country are criminals who do not deserve to be granted a path to citizenship. Please take steps to expel these invaders from our country immediately. Please do not allow them to stay in our country any longer.
The US Constitution requires (Article IV, Section 4) “The United States shall guarantee to every State in the Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion….” Article II, Section 4, Paragraph 8 states the Oath of Office of the President: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” Article VI, Section 2 states “The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution….”
In gross violation of his Oath of Office, the President is not protecting the States from invasion. The last president to defend the States from invasion was President Eisenhower, through his Operation Wetback. Senators and Representatives who work to grant citizenship or residency to illegal invaders of our country are not protecting the States from invasion. The President, and many Senators and Representatives who work to grant citizenship or residency to illegal aliens, are in profound violation of their oath of office to support the Constitution and defend the States from invasion. They are guilty of gross malfeasance in office and of high treason.
I hope that you are not one of these traitors. I hope that you will take seriously your oath of office to support the Constitution and defend the States from invasion. I hope that you will work to expel the illegal invaders to our country immediately. Please deport the illegal invaders of our country now.
